Very bad customer service, always a line there, managers don't care if the lines kinda gets out the door.never helpful....too bad my company banks with them :-( so I can't avoid going to that ratchet place....
I have to say the staff was friendly and fast. The way this bank treats it account holders is unreal. Im talking about fees monthly, of you still write check they coast and when you do write said check you have to add another $8 to total cause thats what it cost for said check to be cashed. I think the name of the bank needs to be changed for Bank of America to Bank of fees.
this location is so slow, the manager is always hiding in the office looking at the long line through their window, and then crawl out every so often to offer deposit slips. There is usually only one teller working, and very slowly at that! On the first of the month they still only schedule one teller! It's not rocket science! It's not unusual to spend an hour in the teller line here!
