One of the few B&N I visited when we only had 2 within the area earlier on before all the growth now. Really always enjoyed visiting here plus friendly and helpful staff too.
I love this store. I have been going there for years. HOWEVER, I was there Monday, October 23 , and I must say that the lady in customer service left much to be desired. She was rude, brushed off my questions and left me quite frustrated . I will go back as this is the first time I've ever had this problem here.
Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, nice place to go study or grab a coffee. They offer free wifi and you're welcomed to just grab a book off the shelf and read till closing.
The staff was extremely friendly. I was searching for a book a couldn't find it. The sales associate tool me right to it. I also enjoyed that I could get coffee there and start reading my new book.
