Dissatisfied with the bowling attendant that removed our balls because a party of kids came in. The kids at the party were not being watched, I had to say something to one of the kid's for trying to stuff the bowling ball back down the shoot the brings the balls back to us. Just very disappointed because we pay too much not to enjoy our time. Kids all over in the lane we were using. It's a was not a good experience. Where is the attendant that walks around to check to see that everything is running smoothly.
If you're going here to do some bowling, then you're probably gonna have a decent time. My only complaint is that they now have giant tv screens above each lane, and play tv shows on them, which is highly distracting. And they have a new arcade section, which is pretty cool and adds a bit of variety (better than that awful putt-putt course they had there), and they now have a Laser Tag area. Anyway, my dad and I mostly went here to play pool/billiards, but that won't happen again. The pool tables are unbalanced and wobble a bit at times, the new lights extend from the ceiling all the way down to a few inches above the table, and the slightest bump causes them to swing (which freaks me out as I can't stand swinging objects). But they basically have flower pots in all the side pockets on each table, so I have to walk to each pocket and get the balls out at the end of each game. And they don't prevent random people from walking around in the pool section, as kids are always running around the tables while people are playing, and parents push strollers through the area during people's games, which is highly distracting. Oh, and the staff ignored my concerns and complaint, which is disrespectful and unprofessional. Again, if you're here for the bowling, then great. For everything else, I recommend going elsewhere.
Good place, fun and polite staff. They are installing new approaches next year to go with the new lAmes they put in this past summer.
Bowling is nice and affordable. Has laser taging. Game room card is 5$ 10 credits (Cheapest). Food is good. Nice kid friendly place.
Staff was amazing during the chaos of a seven year olds birthday party on a Saturday afternoon.
