Poor service. I simply sent an email regarding more information on the details of a 'mechanics special' and never received any further answers to my questions and was promised a follow up but 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Don't bother.

Your emails that were sent was after I received poor service so obviously I'm not going to respond. I had tried multiple times to continue correspondence with a lady providing no more information that I couldn't depict myself. I do have the emails to prove it so please don't try to cover yourself when you realised that your service had failed. When someone requires assistance from a service you provide it's logical that you would meet their request. From me, no thank you. Thank you for your time though.
Terrell and Ken customer service is awesome. This is my second vehicle purchased through Great Bridge Auto. They are fair with reasonable prices and will work with you. I would purchase a third vehicle from them if ever needed!!
These guys were great. They went above and beyond to assist my wife. We bought a car about a week ago. Unfortunately the car had a major malfunction after about six days of use. They had it towed and evaluated to find that the motor had blown. Even though the car was sold as is, they stood behind the vehicle sold and worked with us to solve all issues we could have had in a very quick and professional manor. We rode away in a newer car at a reasonable price. I truly thank Terrell and Nick for all their help.
