If you are a man in this court your life will be destroyed. They make up your income and order men to pay 3 times their income turning them into modern day slaves. They go after poor fathers. Do not bother with hiring an attorney, a lawyer has NO effect in this court.
The ENTIRE juvenile court judges, clerks & commonwealth attorney needs replacing!! A gross miscarriage in justice!! This court and the Judges continually break the law. Almost every Chesapeake resident and most of the local attorneys all say that this court is completely gender bias.
I cannot fathom the blatant disregard I received from the juvenile court & commonwealth!! Completely a clear case of rejection!! No accountability for their lack of consideration!! Incompetence at the highest level!! Don't bother filing paper work for a case to be heard & expect justice to be served!! An acknowledgment of their inadequacy has been noted!! The entire staff & judges need to be replaced!!

Unorganized, 1st time, they didnt have my ticket on file yet. 2nd time I went there, they just said I had to pay my traffic ticket. 3rd time I brought my money, they told me I couldn’t pay it because it involved a really minor accident with improper backing. The people there were also rude and unwelcoming.
No one hides from Justice! Sooner or later Justice will come. It is only a matter of time.
I filed paper work in July it's now august they said the turn around time for court date is 90 days it's been about 120 days there under staffed and probably under paid which may be why there attitudes mess up I have been here at least once a week since about October 20th no help I called today to ask what the process was; the process was explained. then I asked who can i talk to get results they told me to write a letter to judge well thanks I guess better late then never huh it's messed up because as many times as light skin lady and big dark skinned lady have seen me in there trying to get my son they could of been told me to write a letter but the judicial system don't care about a man's rights when it comes to parenting mean while my son's mom moved out of state and violated our court order and these non helpful employed humans collecting a check and not helping people out
