This is a really good store. Sometimes a little patience goes long way. It's not the employee's fault if they are short staffed. They are also very patient, so if you find yourself waiting just understand someone else may be getting the world class service they patiently waited for.

Great experience, I purchased a lot of stuff today and got a great deal, the G.M Kate took her time and really helped us, we were in town visiting family but if I lived here, I would definitely buy from this Best Buy because of Kate, when you meet and talk to her you know you’re in good hands and will be taken care of.
