Horrible customer service. Picked up wedding flowers for a bride and employee claimed they were so busy for Mother's day (2 weekends earlier) that they couldn't remember all the details that were asked.
Blooming Dales has been my florist for many years. They did my wedding flowers and I could not have more more delighted! They did a wonderful job and I have always been very pleased with everything I have ordered from Blooming Dales. The customer service was excellent and I was made to feel like a very important customer. I would like to suggest that you try them for your floral needs. My sympathy flowers at a friends service stood out among the others because they come from Blooming Dales!
I had ordered a bouquet for myself and my daughter for my wedding vow renewal. The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous!! I was extremely pleased with the service and the price. I even got a handwritten thank you note from the owner a week later. Thank you so much!!
I've used Blooming Dales several times over the years and always been happy with product and service. Most recently I needed a boutonniere for my daughter's Prom and they made it with 30 minutes notice.
