They want to restrict you as a customer to using certain dryers THAT DONT HAVE A TAG SHOWING IT'S IN USE. Not returning.
I think it's a great place. Convenient, helpful staff, good machines. Centralized with plenty of local shops and stores to shop at while laundry is getting done. Highly recommend.
I have been doing my laundry here for years. Love the updated card system that they started a while back! Very friendly staff! Especially loving the new manager
Nothing really bad but have some lower quality visits.
The handicap parking in the front, but the ramp in is narrow and the turn tight. If you use a w/c, cane, or Walker, there is another longer, steeper ramp that is on the side of the building. Pulling a wagon or cart through the automatic doors(on both ends) means no juggling act. The machine use a "card" system (just follow directions on machine). There are always staff. Hours are posted on the doors. There are laundry supplies for sale. Also, there's drop off service. I would give it more stars if they could provide more than a small amount of chairs. It's tricky finding a seat when the place is crowded and no chairs available for elderly or disabled.
