Cozy, easy to use library. Chesapeake libraries have a great lending program, so you can put books from the city's other libraries on hold and they'll deliver it to the library closest to you. The people here are always helpful, they often have small classes or book clubs, and I often see an officer on duty, either inside or outdoors, smiling as they greet visitors. I've always felt safe and welcomed here.
Book selection is decent. It's a miracle if one of their DVDs plays all the way through. But turn around for book requests is fast and the staff is tight. But on the downside, their website had been glitchy as of late. So parts are great and others not so much.
