My boyfriend and I have placed 5 to-go orders from this restaurant. Very simple requests every time, asking for a side of anchovies. ALL 5 TIMES, our order was incorrect, either missing one of 3 ingredients on our meal, and no side of anchovies 3 of the 5 times. Last night, our 5th to-go order, I picked up our meal and got home to find anchovies in our stromboli (side order is because my bf prefers them, I however do not and will not eat anchovies). I drove back and told them what happened, and had to wait 20 minutes for a new order and didn't receive a single apology or any offer of making the situation right. It is unfortunate because we live across the street and when the food is right, it's decent, but we will not be going back to this restaurant due to the lack of sympathy and attention to detail.
3rd time(haven't gone back in 3 1/2 months because of the terrible food) ordered spaghetti with ground beef, 3rd f-ing time the meat came out in extra large chunks(some up to 2 1/2 inches long) FROZEN OR NEAR FROZEN ! Serious problem with MANAGEMENT ! Last time manager said he knew who was doing it and was firing him, well, manager was LYING BECAUSE IT HAPPENED AGAIN ! I know it's my fault for returning, I knew better, but I just ended a 9 day vacation trip and didn't want to cook. Anyway, after showing manager the problem they sent another bowl of spaghetti and this one was 5/6th full of water ! It took 8 paper napkins to soak up enough to attempt to eat it, oh yeah, this time they changed the order from "ground beef w/marinara" to "meat sauce" apparently in an attempt to cover up the problem with the ground beef servings !
The food is decent, but the customer service is very poor. Every time I've eaten at this location I have thanked the waitress for her service. Out of the 4 times I've eaten there not once did I receive a "You're welcome" even with decent food and a good location, I will not be returning. Customer service is key and without it you're customers won't return.
Garlic knots burnt. Hard as a rock. Not the first time it's been like that but I keep trying got food to go brought it out with no bag I will not be back. I live across the street, had to microwave my dinner. Nice way to enjoy only night off.
Food was great. Always great to break away from the Pizza hut Domino scene. Full bar pizza, clzone, pasta, salads. Loved it.
