I called this company because of it's rating- don't be fooled!! Paul came and did a prompt estimate, he set up a tentative date, but someone from the office would call to get it on the schedule. Someone called and set the date that I had requested and the day after to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Today is the day of the painting, it's 10:30 in the morning...no painters. I called into the office to see when I should expect them- I am NOT on their schedule for painting today or anytime as a matter of fact!! After we spent the greater part of the weekend cleaning and organizing the area for the painters access. WHAT A JOKE!!! Don't use this company!!
We had CertaPro come out and paint our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. They showed up on time, as expected, were very respectful and did a great job. We also had them come back and paint the exterior of our house. We had the exact same experience. We highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
CertaPro was amazing! We had them come out and do 3 fairly large rooms and a lot of scuffed and banged up doors. They came in and were very professional, got the job done quick and always left the spaces clean. Thanks again!
