I needed work done on my kitchen faucet and was expecting to replace it because I was told that by the previous plumber I was using. He took apart my faucet and cleaned it and it worked just fine without trying to railroad me for an unneeded service. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about his services. How can calling a plumber be a great experience? Well, call Dave. Dave came to my home in the evening after I called that afternoon being without hot water for a day. I shared that I would gladly wait until the next day, to which he said he wanted to come see what he could do that evening. It was a quick fix, he shared how to avoid the situation repeating itself, was extremely personable, was knowledgeable and offered some information about the care of my water heater. I had read the google reviews before he arrived and wondered if what was posted was true. It all is. I handed out several of his cards today to my colleagues.
