Quality Built Exteriors did the siding, roof, and gutter work on an old garage that was practically falling down. Everything is now drum tight. Work was done professionally and started and finished when planned. I already have my next project in the pipeline with Ray and her team.

The staff at Quality was very professional. Our representative, Ray, made sure that our needs were met. She came to our home to check on the progress, and called several times to follow-up. She wanted to make sure all of our needs were met. We had a couple of issues with the repairs, but she made sure all corrections were made to our satisfaction.

I had a large roof leak. Quality Built Exteriors gave me the best estimate for the work that would be done (some were lower, but involved what would likely amount to a patch job). They started promptly when they said they would. The entire process took longer than the original estimate (estimated 2 days, but it was completed in 4), but they communicated with me where they were in the process each day. They offered a 1 year warranty with the repair. Assuming the roof holds up like I expect it to, I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to others.
