Got my daughter some shoes and she loved it they helped us a lot, and offered us socks that was on sale.
1. Help me with sizing information.
The manager/associate, Audrey, was unbudging and did not offer to even ask why I was unhappy with my purchase. He was not helpful at all. If I had not instead asked for an exchange, I don't believe that they would have suggested it.
3. Serve as a customer service resource.
I'm highly disappointed by the inability of one associate to give me sizing information. As a shoe store, I expect that they be able to help me with general shoe sizing.

Also disappointed by the customer service. At checkout, I asked about the store's return policy. The associate simply said, "You can return them within 3-5 days. That's it." The next day, I was unable to return my purchase citing that there were black marks on the sole of the shoe. I hadn't even worn them!
The associates at Dick's Sporting Goods were 10x more helpful than those at Finish Line.
