Dr. Beverly is excellent and he is why I continue to come to his practice but he REALLY REALLY needs to evaluate his staff, it took me 3 months to get a call back after calling almost every day for almost 2 weeks, then when I tried to get some information they were more interested in telling me what I did wrong rather than help me and ALL (Office Staff) of their attitudes are horrible to have jobs working with the public.
The staff is excellent and moves at a fast past. The doctor is wonderful with kids. I was in and out....

I just got a letter from them saying I have a outstanding balance from 2013. I have been to their office twice since then to pay them off and been told twice that I owed nothing. Its being blamed on the fact they switched systems. Its 2015 and no one has called me over this. They have given me a mth to pay off my balance, its less than that from the time I received the letter. I asked M. Troublefield, who is head of billing from what I gathered, why i havent received anything? She tells me they sent out notices. This falls back on the above paragraph where I said they entered my address wrong in their new system. Their is specific instructions on my account that says if you dont hear anything from me in so many days after you send out bills to call me. They failed to do so. I DO NOT appreciate being threatened through mail about adult and pediatric medical assistance taking legal action for my lack of payment when Im just finding out about it. They dropped the ball here. My advice that if you use this unorganized company to provide medical care for you or your child. Ensure your information is properly in the system especially if they change their system again. If you are already a customer make them print you out a receipt saying you are paid off through the old and new system if they say you are currently paid off.
These people never call you back. Their automated service will call you to tell you to make a appointment but you can never get a hold of anyone. I have left message after message for them concerning a appointment and after no return call i finally had to take my child elsewhere. After taking my child else where I had to try and get them to get a referral from our insurance provider for the new temporary place we took our child. Again I left messages and they never returned my calls. It took a week after that and lots of tries on "the talk to a nurse" option on their automated service to finally reach someone. The kicker is this isnt my first complaint to them on this same subject. I have talked to Beverly herself and she acted really interested in fixing this but nothing has changed. I also talk to a older lady that was suppose to be over the whole thing about their lack of contact and the fact that I hadnt got a bill from them in 6 mths.( they put my address in wrong when they changed their system and never bothered to call me after all that time has passed to let me know I owed them anything.) I was again reassured and apologized to. Even though they have all our info in their computer when they see my child, they seem to not know anything about him. They ask questions about his past or birth that is in their system. There is no personal relationship. On a positive note Beverly, her husband and the male nurse are so super friendly and easy to talk to! SO, I am currently looking for a different pediatrician cause this place dont cut it. I didint realize til here lately when i was needing them that they dont have a whole lot of hours and with children you need a place thats gonna be open or at least will return your phone calls when they are open.
