Tidewater Diamond does excellent jewelry repair! My gold watch was badly damaged; it was to the point to which it would not close properly. I've attempted to have it fixed at least 4 other times to no avail. But the jewelry repair expert at Tidewater Diamond knew just how to fix the problem. This repair was money well spent!!! I was just in there to have a bracelet fixed and they were super quick. I was able to wait for my bracelet which was really convenient. The staff was friendly and checked on me while I waited - super nice place!
The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. I went in to get a second opinion on selling back a piece of jewelry and when I said I got a better offer at another location she got very fresh about it and rolled her eyes and gave me some excuse that my documentation was inflated. Interestingly enough, I was offered more money from a national jewelry chain. Her attitude alone would make me never suggest coming here for anything.
