I've always received the best service- from the appointment scheduling, to the front desk, to the hygienist, to Doctor Pate himself (or the doctor that sees me that day).
I have been a patient of this practice for 2 1/2 decades and their professionalism, friendliness and quality of service is consistently outstanding. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
They demonstrate patience, let me ask questions, and make for an enjoyable visit (as much joy as you can have in visiting a dentist). It also feels personal; they greet me by name, and care about me as a person. This level of customer service is difficult to find nowadays.

I actually enjoy my visits to the Center for Restorative, Cosmetic... It's like visiting family and friends. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. I always get compliments on my smile.
Great people who do their utmost to make a nervous dental patient (me) feel comfortable! The office is well-run, upbeat, and very friendly and professional. I will say that I avoided going to a dentist for well over 20 years due to a horrible experience I had. My husband finally convinced me to give Dr Pate a try several years ago, and I'm so glad I did. Wouldn't go anywhere else. My hygienist Anna is THE BEST!!!!!

My hygienist was spectacular. She made me feel really good about myself and cleaned my teeth really well...with everything I have been going through in my personal life lately, I really appreciated having her energetic loving spirit to lift me up. Everyone at this office always make you feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for. They do a great job with your teeth and are great human beings.
My most recent visit was at the Greenbrier location, but I've had similar experiences at the oceanfront office as well.

I find that they do a very good job of managing the appointment schedule so that i am seen in a timely manner, usually right on time with my appointment.
