Konikoff dentistry was amazing with my kiddos. They talked well with them and praised their hygiene where appropriate and kindly reprimanded when necessary. They then showed them how to properly care for their teeth. Great place and will be happily going back.
I was told I needed to have all my fillings redone on both sides, Dr Muldoon was going to do one side at a time, while I was in her chair, I felt very uncomfortable because it took her so long to reach the room that I had to have my mouth numbed twice, then while she was working on my mouth, she left the room several times, once Her reason was she needed to get a stronger drill (????) I never heard that before!! She asked me was I ok, I told her no! That I felt uneasy. I told the person that checked me out of my horrible experience- she said she would mention it in the next office meeting. I then noticed my mouth was worse than when I went in, two days went by and I still could not eat on that side, I called and spoke with the manager and went back in to seen another Dr that said my bite was offer by ALot, he drilled it down and I was told to give it some time because I had experienced bruising and it would take awhile. It has now been 4 months and I am still not able to eat on that side. I spoke with the manager a few times and this matter was not resolved. Although the manager was kind, I feel as if this was left to be an “oh well” situation. I was told several times during my complaint that Dr. Muldoon does a great job at transforming smiles, maybe that’s what she should still to because her technique, chair side manners and concern for the health of the teeth lacks professionalism and expertise
