Good selection of the type of merchandise I was looking for

Ok here is my first time to review a stein mart. These people located in chesapeak va think its ok to not only curse a guest but they feel its appropriate to keep customers money. And then not give receipts and when guest leaves merchandise behind they refuse to give to the guest. Then when attempting to reach their district manager. Desiree Smith at her office and at the corporate offices she never returns phone calls. Then you finally do reach her she claims never to have gotten the messages. Then she ask for the guest to explain and guest starts she feels it is ok to hang up on the guest stating I can't deal with it. Please I'm very well known to you guys as a direct guy I tell you how things are done. I ask each and everyone of you that do business with this formally reputable cpany that now no longer cares about their guest that you boycott their business nation wide. To my followers I have never ask something of you like this but I am now. This just in I have been contacted by a man named me. Martino. He is Ms. Smith higher up. I feel that after speaking to him I have been side swiped again. So to me it's my belief that if you shop here that you do so aware of my rating and pls do pay with a credit card for its the vital way of stein mart for they hate cash paying guest.
Awesome staff here. Help me exchange my items and find replacement shirts in correct sizes. Very friendly and great customer service all around.
I really like stein Mart. Very much prefer it to marshalls or TJ maxx.
Clean, friendly, reasonably priced goods, higher quality than other discount stores, large selection, I will come back to shop again.
