I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Kay was attentive and helpful without bring pushy. She greeted me immediately, then let me look around on my own with no interference (which I greatly appreciate). When I was ready to purchase she helped me to get financing and explained the financing, custom ordering and delivery in detail.
Decent furniture, good warrantee, but not a great selection on the floor. Very hard parking lot to get into.
Debbie was very pleasant and helpful... not too pushy. But I basically knew what I wanted from a couch a friend of mine had bought. I am only hoping my sleeper sofa will have as comfortable of a mattress as hers.
Awesome selection but very expensive. They have reasonable items at the door to bait you in and once you start browsing, you quickly realize the items/prices at the door don't exist beyond the front door. Still a great selection and worth the prices I suppose.
Love lazy boy , wouldn't have anything else, been using lazy boy for 30 yrs! Best of all recliners
