Very professional service all around especially delivery! The team set up quickly and courteously, asked me exactly where I'd like my purchases placed and left no trace of packaging. Super polite and professional!

Ronnell and Dre were both very polite and professional. They used a door frame protector and made sure all my other furniture were protected while bringing my new chair In. All plastic and cardboard were cleaned up and taking away by them. Awesome service!
Jason and Ronelle came out and were very courteous and professional. They took the time to place a protector over the door jam prior to moving anything in or out. They were also very careful when moving the sofas around to make sure they did not scratch the hardwood floors. These guys are top notch.
I have purchased furniture from this location 3 times in the last 3 years. The first time, sales, service and delivery...everything was great. The second time I purchased bedding and was satisfied until I was told they couldn't deliver it until several days past when I needed it. Customer service was not helpful at all. I cancelled the order. A week ago, I ordered furniture again with delivery scheduled for 10/13. The saleswoman was wonderful and I had no problems until called today to confirm delivery and I was told it was scheduled for pickup on 10/12. Then, I was told that it would be delivered, but not until 11/9. I'm not desperate this time, so I can wait. Customer service was curt and unpleasant to deal with (bordering on rude) and I still don't understand the reason for the delay. I hope there will be no further problems. The quality of the furniture I have gotten from them has been good. Sales staff has been helpful. Prices have been good. But customer service at this store is a problem for me and makes me wonder if I will make further purchases from them in the future.
