Oak Grove Park is extremely pretty especially during the fall. The colors are beautiful. No matter if you're just out for a stroll or out for exercise, this is a great place to be. There are optional viewing areas around the park as well as a very nice playground when you first come in.

This is a really nice scenic park. Absolutely beautiful. Great place for pictures in the fall as the leaves all start to turn. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times. We will be back again with lunch as there are picnic tables all around. Porta Potties are available at the trail head and they were quite clean and stocked. Saw plenty of people there fishing although no one seemed to have caught any as far as I could tell. Great time. Well worth the visit!

Quiet park great for running or walking. Plenty of shade and loop around the lake I believe is just over a mile. People fish there and also a perfect place to walk a dog. There is also a playground for the kids and covered picnic shelter. Parking can be difficult at peak times. Start your run early or head there after work and it's usually not a problem.

I love coming here to run around the lake (1.5 miles). This place is very accessible. Cement walkway through the entrance to the park. They have a great playground for kids. They have pavilions and benches. They also have lookouts along the river. Workout equipment along the walkway as well. Great place to come for a peaceful time. If you're coming in the summertime don't forget bug spray because the park is very heavily wooded and the mosquitos love the park as much as we do.

I used to live in walking distance of this park. I loved gong here early or later in the evening for a run or fishing. If you drive here, trying to find parking can be difficult. Great 1.5 mile gravel trail for running, walking, and biking. There are a few man-made fishing spot, but the best fishing is where people don't go. Caught Bass and Pan-fish primarily, not sure of other species, but rumored to have catfish.
