Rude with bad service. No one told me they were pulling my credit and that just ticks me off. The car was dirty and filled with stains and it will be a cold day in hell I ever go back. just so you know for next time you legally have to ASK AND INFORM THE CUSTOMER THAT YOUR PULLING THEIR CREDIT. WHAT A BUNCH OF FOOLS. When I told him that he said "oh I thought someone told you" NO no one did that was your job to tell me and ask for my permission!!!!!! Then didn't even come out and show us the car we were taking , this car is filled with food and dirty and stains
Customer service is great here, they go out of their way to get a car that you like within your budget.
I've never had a problem renting with Avis. I've been using them for years. I do take exception to the policy of charging an outrageous fee for droppin gthe car off at a different location but every single car rental agency gouges us this way, so I don't take off points from Avis for gouging us too. I wish one of them would step into this particular aspect of the rental market though. It is an area where you could steal business from other rental locations. And the reaso given for the fee is pure baloney. I've driven many cars with out-of-state license plates for god's sake. Total baloney.
They scammed extra money from me for insurance I didn't need and didn't ask for and wouldn't take it off unless I returned the car. Then they changed me for a full day en though I only had the car for an hour and 30 minutes.
This is the best car rental place around, period. One of the reasons is because of Jason, he's the greatest guy who always makes sure you're taken care of right. I've been a repeat customer for years now and it's 90% due to him. They always have a good selection, are friendly, and have great hours of operation to make it easy. If you need to rent a car this is the place to go!
