Wait service was long but they gave me an upgrade from a compact to a full sized. Can't complain too much =) at least they know how to take care of people when service is slow and for that I give 4 stars.
Long wait, but nothing ridiculous. They could staff better, though. I came in right after everything flooded and there was one guy dealing with a mob of people. I reserved a subcompact for a free day rental, all they had were SUVs which was fine but the premium gas that it required was less so. But its whatever; I can't complaim. Return was simple and obviously at a much better time as there was enough staff to get a ride back all the way to ODU. Not my first choice because of distance but I'd rent here.
Got a great rate for 4-day rental, then additional 10 percent off for AAA membership. Derek was highly professional and efficient.
